RETURNS:

14 days (Two Weeks) to return product unused and still in box from day of purchase.

After 14 days there will be a 15% Restocking Fee.

After 30 Days - No Returns Accepted from day of purchase.

 

 

WARRANTY:

There is a 1 (One) year warranty on all ProCam Motion (PCM) Gear. If anything goes wrong with a manufactured part, we will replace the part.

The warranty does not cover damage to this product that results from accident, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), dust, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

This warranty also does not apply to any product that has been handled or packaged incorrectly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.

 

 

PRICE ERRORS ON WEBSITE:

If a ProCam Motion product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ProCam Motion reserves the right to refuse / cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
